Last years First Annual SIWC Society Health Fair was planned in a few short months and it was such a huge success that we have expanded it significantly.

Last year we hosted the event at Greenglades Elementary for one day thanks to Panarama Recreation Center. This space was smaller (only holding 27 booths) and it certainly did not lose any of it's charm.

We sold out of booths in quick order and ended up having to turn people away. Our presenters were primarily all local and some of the feedback we had gotten after the fair was so positive that we have been planning the Second Annual Health Fair ever since!

Some of the feedback from both vendors and attendees alike was that the energy of the 2007 Health Fair was very welcoming, warm, educational, non-commercial and non-competitive. One vendor experienced a tripled increase over one weekend to her classes after the fair. Many attendees experienced new found health & wellness through the connections they made with practitioners at the fair.
